Kati debated LD and PF for Lovejoy High School in Texas, having qualified to NSDA Nationals as a freshman, to TFA state each year, and reached the bid round of every national tournament she attended as a junior & senior, except one. As a debater, she enjoyed philosophy and continued this research at the University of Texas, graduating summa cum laude with a BA in History and Philosophy. With over seven years of debating and coaching experience, Kati has assisted in the qualification of over a dozen students to TFA state, NSDA nationals, and NIETOC. She is thrilled to be a part of BCDC and is very much looking forward to sharing her passion of public speaking and research!
